Move coordinator with Oman Beverly Smyth, Kill, Co Kildare.
Main duties of the move coordinator will include:
Responsible for all household moves from point of hand over from sales team to final delivery. Types of moves will be local, national, UK/European, International into and out of Ireland to include any storage options.
Calmly and efficiently communicate with current clients, providing any required information, accurately entering any new data onto company IT system and maintaining correspondence throughout the removal process. Obtain insurance proposal forms, declaration to insurers and assisting client with the successful completion and handing over of any claims documents.
Resolving any customer problems or complaints associated with the removal process.
Communicate with internal sales teams, moving crews, warehouse staff and externally with shipping lines and suppliers.
You will need your own transport to the office as there is no public transport.
Hours of Work - 40 hours Monday to Friday - flexibility required
Required: You must have worked in the moving business, freight or logistics or have at least 5 years minimum customer service experience to qualify for interview:
